Well I stepped on the scale and I am 113 lbs lighter...I am so tickled!!!My total goal is to lose 120 lbs...knocked out 13...this weeks goal is to lose 8 lbs to get under that 100 lb mark!
This weeks goal is to add on minutes exercising each day... I didn't do that last week.
Congrats to all who are hitting there short term goals...wtg!!!
