  • That's awesome! Whenever the scale isn't being nice to me, I like to go to the tape measure also. Those inches lost are even more exciting to me than the numbers on the scale, because a few inches means a smaller size! You can't really accurately predict that with lbs on a scale. Good job!
  • Congratulations!!!! You should be so proud of yourself!
  • Yeay good for you! The scale is not the best indicator of weight loss. If I look thin and my clothes fit I don't care what my weight is.

    Keep up the good work!
  • Congrats! You are right, not all our victories are limited to the scales. I've gone through periods when the scales number stayed the same, or changed very little, yet I was going down in pant sizes and shrinking too. Those kind of moments are what keep me going.

    Congrats again!

I absolutely am. I mean, I know I'm a work in progress and this takes time, but I'm really happy to see some movement I can VISUALIZE! The measuring tape is really meaningful for me.

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm stalled out at 204 pounds (AGAIN) this weigh-in, so the tape measure REALLY is my friend right now!!
