Congratulations on your loss, John!

I am a little concerned, though - 1500 seems like it may be a little low for a young man, especially with the amount of exercise you've been doing. What does your new daily intake look like? Also, how tall are you?

Anyway, congratulations again! Sometimes I wish I had a metabolism like most guys!

Heres the average day

Breakfast A bowl of either Fiber One or Cheerios and a piece of fruit

Lunch Some form of chicken with a large amount of veggies

Snack at some point is a Piece of fruit

Dinner what ever the family is eating.

To be completely honest I was concerned at first too I was always hungry and wanted food. Now I'm not all that hungry and mostly the reason I cut the calories so drastically is because I have no metobalisim.
