This wasn't something I really planned as a mini-goal...but it's funny! A couple of months ago, I bought "real" shorts - meaning the waists weren't made with elastic and they had belt loops. One pair was a size 18 and had become my favorite. I was installing our window air conditioner, standing on my balcony with this huge air conditioner and my shorts fell down! I couldn't exactly drop the air conditioner, so I shuffled into my apartment with my shorts around my ankles. (I don't think anyone saw!)

The next day, I bought a belt and size 16 shorts like those size 18's. My first belt since high school (eons ago) and first size 16 in years!! Yeah!

LOL!!! You see what ya get when you eat right and exercise? A public pants-ing!

PS that happens to my DH all the time and he even wears a belt, but its not cuz he's losing weight, its cuz the lack of the behind area!
