Smile A couple of milestones
I got a two-fer!

One is that I have now lost 10% of my starting weight . I've had that in the back of my mind since I started dieting and I knew it was getting closer and closer.

The other was a surprise. I finally managed to take off a ring I've been wearing on my right hand for years! I didn't expect it to come off today, but I was nervously twisting it around and I suddenly realized it was halfway off. So with some additional cajoling, I was able to get it the rest of the way.

Wow!! Good for you! I hope when I reach my 10% I can get my rings back ON!!!
