After the 10%
Well, it took two months, but I've lost my first 10% (big yay!) I was trying to decide my next goal- is it under 200, another 10%? Both? It's too overwhelming to look at the longterm goal, so I know I have to pick something that is more closely within reach. What kind of mini goals work best for you gals?
P.S. I bought myself two new Nike fit dry work out shirts from TJ Maxx today as a treat. I used to reward myself with food. Now THAT'S a milestone in itself!!!!!!! http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/bar061...5/155/219/.png |
Woohoo! 10% down! I'm a little behind you, but with very close starting and goal weights. After the 10%, I think under 200 is the next huge milestone! Keep up the good work!

i agree, under 200 is an excitng one!

Not just clothes, but work-out clothes :carrot:

I like the idea of having under 200 as a mental milestone, but I also think that 20 pounds might seem overwhelming for a mini-goal. You're doing so well, however, that I'm sure you'll blast it in no time!

Congratulations, well done! If 20 pounds seems too big to tackle as a mini-goal, why don't you do 10 pounds, than after that you can focus on getting under 200 (will only be 9 pounds to do it!)...

Thanks everyone for your support! This site is my rock and I know it will definitely help get me where I need to be. I've decided that my next goal is under 200, and 20 lbs doesn't seem that bad. I tackled 24, so 20- I'm comin' to getcha:-)
