Smile I been dying to post in here!
Its not much but i have lost about 5lbs. YAH!!! i cant really see a difference but i can feel it in my clothes. some of my shirts feel looser and my jeans are not as tight! yah i feel great!

Not much but once you keep going that five lbs turns in to 10 then 20 and so on.....congrats and keep it up!
