I did it! I lost my first 7.5 lbs!!!


that's my first 10%...and I only have to do that nine more times before I reach my goal!

Congrats! And thanks for reminding me about percent weight loss! I needed some other mini-goals to break it up I was using each 10#, and BMI, but I think the more mini-goals the better. I wouldn't want to go a whole 2 months on one goal.
