Default Bye bye 50 pounds

I stepped on the scale this morning and I finally hit my big milestone. I am freaking thrilled! I have 30 more pounds to go before I reach goal, and if I feel at that point I want to lose more then maybe I will go lower.

The best thing about this is that I am eating everything I used to eat and not depriving myself. I have lowered my portions, and I am choosing healthier things. I did cut out the fast food (not subs) but that is really the only thing I have cut out.

I got a membership to the YMCA and I have been working out, mostly doing the aqua fit classes.

I feel great and I have more energy.

Excellent work! And of course doing it sensibly means you'll keep it off. Congratulations!

Congrats!! 50 lbs is such an amazing accomplishment, I hope you're giving yourself a huge pat on the back right now. Now keep going for those last 30, and we'll see a thread by you in the 'Goal!' forum in no time.
