I have to say celebrating the small goals really does make weight loss so much easier! I was getting to a point a couple weeks ago where I suddenly felt like losing weight had become hard work and I was starting to lose motivation. I kept saying well look how much weight I've lost I could just stop now and that would be ok. Then I looked in my journal and saw that 95kg goal and went hey it is totally reachable and it just brought back the motivation. Now I am all recharged and ready to set (and achieve!) my next goal.
