I started out this journey weighing my highest weight ever at a plum 230. My first little goal I set for myself was to get out of the 220's. Today I broke out of the 220's weighing in at 218lbs! I am so excited! The next goal is out of the teens! Eight pounds to go! I am so excited, this is so worth it!
