Thumbs up mini goal: able to tie shoe laces
I recently lost 20 lbs. but put back all 20 plus some. I'm back counting calories and can now tie my shoe laces. I've only lost a few lbs. but it's nice to tie your shoe laces.

Congrats!!!

These little things in our life are what make us upset about our weight, so now we rejoice in them as well.

I will be VERY pleased when I can zip my dress boots up over my calves without having to press the skin away from the zipper lest it get pinched.
