Default It's about time!

Finally I saw a new low number on the scale this morning. After about 4 weeks I swear. Well, it feels like that long anyway. I kinda let myself get crazy the past week or so and I didn't exercise once. Thankfully I was staying the same but I was getting so frustrated at that 168 I could spit. When I got on this morning it said 167.5. Not much I know but it was a new number and it wasn't higher! I stayed in my cals yesterday and did 8 miles of WATP videos. Boy did that feel good. Now if only I could go 3 months without one of those weeks. Seems I always throw one in there and it only makes me angry.

Here's to making that 10 pound goal by easter.

Congrats! Those mini-plateaus can be SO discouraging and de-motivating. I just try to keep my eye on the 'big picture' and ask myself "is what I'm about to put into my mouth/blow off going to help get me there?"

Here's wishing you success in your 'Easter endeavour'!
