I finally made it!! I began this journey on jan 14th at 220lbs doing my own thing low cal and moderate carb and today feb27th I am 199lbs!! Yay me!!

Thank you to everyone for your support!! Especially around TOM when I was ready to give up!!

I'm so happy and motivated
