Thumbs up I did it, I did It!!!!!!!!!!

I did it three days in a row. 60 ounces of water!
I normally would have to force down 20 ounces. This is huge!!!!!
I wish I had to force down soda, although I haven't had any since Sunday.
I am trying to limited myself to one or two cans on the weekend.

I can do it!!!!!!!!!!

WAY TO GO !!!!!!!! Giving up soft drinks is hard. I have found the more water I drink the more I want. I truly believe weight loss is easier with the more water you drink. I drink 100 ounces a day now.

I hate water... I mean I only drink it if I eat something too salty or too sweet but I can't overdo the salt and sugar to drink water all the time... so thank you for the inspiration... maybe one day drinking water will be second nature to me.. can't wait!

Thats great, I have also been trying to drink a gallon a day and I know the feeling. It all tastes the same. So, I started to add propel packets to my water and let me tell you its a lot easier ro go down! and no calories
