Default First month back on SF!
I'm on the SF diet and in my first month, I'm down almost 12 lbs!! Only .4 to go for my V-day goal, and I've still got two weeks to do it!!

I was really surprised to lose that much in the first month!

good job. Im using slimfast along with counting calories. I did the reg slimfast diet a few years ago and lost 90lbs, and then gained it all back. IM trying to eat healthy real food this time and use slimfast as lunch when i dont have time to really eat healthy. I love the energy i get from slimfast.

12 pounds is a fabulous loss and I think it takes some real determination to do Slimfast.
