Default Happy February 1 weigh-in

I'm down 5 pounds since January 1! Not a lot, but it's in line with my overall goal, so I'm happy! And that's with only a couple days of exercise. This month, I'm kicking up the exercise a notch or two. Hoping to have good news on March 1

Good job. 5 pounds lost is better than 5 pounds gained.........I work out every day, except weekends. I don't think I work out that much because I need too, but because I want to and gets me away from my out of control soon to be 2 year old......lol I guess when I lose all my weight I can thank him for being such a butthead and forcing me to do something to get away from him

That's true. Wow, I wouldn't want to be carrying around a sack of potatoes all day. Now I'll get to work on the next sack

You're doing great! I always think of each pound as losing a pound of butter since it's pretty much all fat. So there went 5 pounds of butter for you!
