Wink possibly the smallest mini-goal ever.

So today I weighed in and realized in the last week I have lost 4 pounds. That is the most weight I've lost in months. I went on a diet last summer and lost 15 pounds but gained it all back and since then I've not even bothered to try. But I'm almost at the 5 pound mark and that's a real accomplishment for me. Plus, I've ordered a workout video and equipment and I'm taking walks every day at lunch. The best part of all? I'm not planning my next slip or binge or day dreaming about what I'll have on my pizza tonight. I'm sticking to the plan and couldn't be happier about it.

It may only be 4 pounds. But it's a start and it's enough to give me hope. I've worked really hard to change the way I think about weight loss and what got me here and what to do about it.

How did we gain the weight? One pound at a time.

How do we lose the weight? One pound at a time.

You are doing great!
