Okay everyone I am beginning week 3 of my weight loss commitment. Before I started I had been sick and lost 7lbs. I weighed 207 before I was sick and when I started my weight loss journey I weighed in at 200 lbs. I was happy that I had lost 7lbs. This gave me the kick in the pants to begin. So with my first week I lost 2lbs. Then my 2nd week, which just ended last night I lost another 4lbs. I am down to 194.
I was getting dressed yesterday and I put on this sweatshirt that was an XL, that is what I have been wearing for years sometimes I would go bigger just be a bit more comfortable but I hated seeing the 2XL on the tag. But anyways back to what I was talking about, I put on the XL sweatshirt and I thought it felt a little looser. Not much really but it did make me feel good that it was a bit looser. I was in heaven and I still am.
I have lost 13lbs, I have 69lbs to go and I am raring to get this weight off.
