Default New Here but i have lost quite a bit already but not done!!!!
So i dont have the pictures right now but i will get some but i so far have lost about 70 pounds i started at the weight of 285 about two years ago and i was a junior in high school and i just said i was sick of it so i made up my mind i was gonna change something.
June 1, 2006 i started my diet i chose the Atkins because my grandpa did it and had GREAT success and so i thought i would try it. It was hard to start but once i got it down i started to see wonderful results quickly. I will give the more in detail story at a later time but i am currently 212 and feeling a TON better but i am not done yet i would love to be at 175-185 that is my ulitmate goal i will feel really good when i can break that 200 mark that will be a good day

well i was going to post the pictures but i cannot right now due to i dont have enough post yet

Wow, that's terrific! I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures - that's always inspiring to me. Congratulations on your success so far, and it sounds like you're going to meet your eventual goal.

well griffogrubb i was reading some of your threads and they are very inspiring and your weight loss is also inspiring i cant weight till the fight is over it will be a great day. I guess it is really never over just kinda makes everything a little easier! lol
