Talking 1/3 Of The Way There!
I've made a few goals tonight, and I'm so thrilled I'm bouncing ^_^

I lost 6 pounds this week. (Which is excellent considering I had stalled the past 2 weeks.)



This brings my total to over 60 pounds lost which means that I'm 1/3 of the way to goal, it also means I've made my own personal 2nd 10% goal AND the MOST exciting for me... I'm NO LONGER MORBIDLY OBESE! That's right. I'm just plain old obese, and I couldn't be happier



Thanks to every single person here for being supportive & inspirational! The good, bad and ugly... We're all gonna make it through!

Congratulations on reaching one of your many goals, that is something to be proud of. When I was no longer morbidly obese I felt such a great sense of achievement. I hope that you feel that way to. It is easier if you break up the total weight you wish to lose and set smaller goals.

Good luck at reaching your next goal you have set yourself and achieving your further goals on your weight loss journey.

Thanks Purpleorc! I do feel proud of myself ^^ It's something I never realized I could achieve. And now here I am having achieved it! (Such a weird... "out of body" type experience... )

I agree that's it's been so much more enjoyable having small goals to work towards. I do 5 lb goals in my head. (Just a little woo-hoo! for myself) But, I have larger mini-goals I work towards at the same time. My next one is about 26 lbs (my 3rd 10% goal). Thanks again for your encouraging words
