Talking Day four!! after a two year relapse!
I once lost around 50 lbs doing LA Weight Loss but slowing gained back almost all that weight once I stopped following the plan. I was at the point where I have one pair of pants left and even those I can barely fit into.....and now I'm back on plan! Its only been four days but I've lost four lbs already!!
