    Just wanted to post and say thank you for all the kindness and support I have received here for the past 30 weeks - I hope you will all be with me as I continue to lose and then maintain.

    I haven't seen a scale register under 200lbs in more than 11 years. It's a shockingly happy day in my house

    Congrats! My highest weight was 278 and the fact that you started running near my current weight make you an inspiration to me. I will definitely be here for your continued journey.

    One-derland is my next goal, like a few others have mentioned, and I hope to be there by the new year.
