yes!! i have been working out and counting calories pretty steadily for the last 3 weeks, and even though i've had my indulgences (jack in the box), as of last week i had lost 2 lbs. but i decided to do my tapes (measure) again this morning and realized i have lost a 1/2 in. from my neck, 1/2 in from my shoulders, 1/2 from my hips, 1/2 from my right arm (left stayed the same), and TWO inches from my waist!!!
man, that is some great motivation for me right now!! i can't wait for another month to go by so i can see what other difference there is gonna be! woo hoo, just wanted to share...
