I've lost 30 lbs. I'm so excited. This is the first time I've tried to lose weight and actually made it to 30 lbs. I know I can stick with this now, or at least have to, because I've committed to a life-change. Oh, and I get another broc!

Oh don't you just love to add the little things to the sig. I know I can't wait to add another one. lol, just as important as the clothes fitting better or someone noticing the weight loss. My husband laughs and says well if it keeps you motivated then its a good thing.

Ladiibbug - I'm glad whatever it was that clicked did so 5 months ago, when I began my life change. Thankfully I've never had any health problems, but I want to lose the weight before I develop anything and more than likely, not completely, prevent any illnesses in the future.

I was so excited today. Had to go to the doc because I am not getting any better with the bronchial virus. She said YUP has gone to the lungs and put me on an antibiotic. I said oh not again. She said we caught it quick this time. I think we can kick it before it sets in. I sure hope so anytime my lungs get sick I am heading for trouble. ANYWAY that isn't important lol. She did a weigh in today. I am down 4.5lbs got to change my ticker and add a girl and everything. I only claim full lbs. Will claim that 1/2lb next weigh in lol.

My husband of course laughed. He said you went in, changed your ticker and added a girl before you even told me. I see who is important. lol I said of course the other woman lol.

Rennie, that's funny! It's nice that your hubby is so involved/supportive of your efforts.

Oh, and I'm sorry you're sick ! I hope you get well soon, and nice job on those 4.5 pounds!!!
