  • 5 pounds lost without starving myself and not obsessing over what i eat

    5 pounds lost with moderation and an average of 40 minutes of intense exercise a day (sometimes i still do 2 hours on a day when im not doing much)

    5 pounds lost somewhat easily!

    The scale say 139.5 then it went to 140 so i used 140 but im almost in the 130's again whoo!
  • Hey - great job! Sounds exactly like my loss, but then I have stalled and have been maintaining (floating between 138-140 all summer). I'm gearing up to do a push to get down to 135. Although my goal say 125-30, truthfully, I will be 100% satisfied to be in the low 130s... below 135.
