Yeah I'm FAT!

It finally happened yesterday!! I am officially no longer OBESE. I'm just overweight. I cannot express how happy this makes me. I feel and look so different. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. YEAH ME!!
I still want to lose 30 - 55 pounds, but if I had to live the rest of my life at this weight I could be happy. Here are some before and after photos. I apologize for the lack of make-up in the second pic. Those are the largest pants I ever wore, size 26. Now I can fit in one leg. I'm currently a size 14/16 and hoping for a size 4 one day. To everyone out there that's just starting or having a hard time... YOU CAN DO IT!! Don't give up. Work hard and be consistent. I was just about to start a new thread saying the same thing until I saw this and decided just to join in with you on yours ;)
I weighed myself this morning and also am no longer obese! I was so excited to get down to only being "overweight". I always thought that was such a terrible category to be in, until I got all the way up to 217 and checked my BMI to find out that I was OBESE. Overweight doesn't sound so bad now! At 5'9", I weigh 202.1 and this puts me under 30 for my BMI. I'm a little over a month into this operation and have been pretty successful so far. Your before and after pics are amazing. Congratulations on the new body and new wardrobe, I'm sure! I look forward to buying new things once I go down a size. Keep up the awesome work! Kudos ~Lindsey |

:congrat: on your achievement you have done really well and look wonderful. It is such an wonderful feeling when your BMI says your no longer obese and that your overweight. I remember what it is was like when I came out of the BMI which was morbidly obese to obese I was over the moon. So you must be so over joyed, enjoy your success as you deserve it.
