OMG! First of all, let me say that you are sizzlin' hot!!! You look fabulous.
Secondly, when I saw your post, it was like looking at myself (in your before pic that is) You could be my little sister. We have very similar features and although you still look so pretty in your before pics, it's not quite as pretty when your 40 so you don't want to go there. I am also about the same height, just an inch taller and I felt best at 125 but for now my goals are 155, 135 and perhaps 125 again. We'll see. Anyway you look fabulous, and yes your arms are great. I miss my nice arms. I used to get comments on them . We have the same body shape as well. It's nice to see your success and be inspired by it. Don't ever let yourself get back up there. Nip if in the bud if it ever starts creepin' back as you get older and busy with the kids etc. I sort of lost myself in the busyness of life and didn't put myself first but always make sure you make time for yourself then your family will be happier too, if you are happy and fulfilled.
