Default From 265 to 225 - Progress so far!
Here is my progress so far...on a high carb low fat diet ...mostly whole foods and plant based Tried so many other things including years of low carb but unfortunately did more damage than good. Finally things have clicked! Looking forward to the next 26 pounds coming off and getting into the onderland. I will be blogging some of my up coming challenges via youtube specifically a 10 day raw food challenge if you wanna follow along
