To think i was that image this last last year and some external motivators were the thoughts, journals and milestones of members on the forums. Also inspired buy before and after videos that i still continue to watch every now and then.

Wow, just wow, SatinPumpkin! You look amazing and so healthy. I'm always thunderstruck when folks lose enough weight that's equivalent to an entire person. You've lost a couple of adults or several children Your life must be so different now.

Thanks for sharing your photos 'cause photos don't lie!

Thanks. I would think the same when i started my WOE and would just be so inspired by those who has lost 50+lbs which made me inspired that i can do it. If i can then anyone can.

Today my BMI is 29.3 which puts me in the Overweight Category. Amazing that just last August 27th 2013 (Day 1) i was 60.2 Obese Class III.

Also the last week i passed losing half my starting body weight. Its been quite the month.

Obese III = 432lbs to 286lbs = 146lbs down (8 months, 6 day or 35 weeks)
Obese II = 286lbs - 250lbs = 36lbs down (2 months, 28 days or 12 weeks)
Obese = 250lbs - 216lbs = 34lbs down (2 months, 16 days or 11 weeks)
Overweight = 210lbs (today)

For my height i would need to go to 178 to be in a healthy range which i am not going to do so Overweight is here to stay physically while mentally and emotionally i am over the moon.

My original goal weight wise was 200lbs-199lbs but i think i may go in lower 190's before i start moving my focus to body composition through either implementing SL 5x5 or p90x2 or x3.

Thought i post a Before and Current Face Comparison
432lbs

211 (yesterday)

I'm so excited for you, Satin Pumpkin! I've been following your progress since I started back on 3FC in April.

I can wait to see your story in the Goal section because it truly is inspiring and motivating to hear about your journey.
