Default On my way to skinnyville
I have lost 67lbs thanks to calorie counting and working my butt off at the gym 5-6 days a week. I started this Journey in Feb and to my amazement have kept going. I am not giving up this time because I want it sooooooooo bad I can feel it in my bones.lol. My fat pic is of me back in Oct 09 while I was visiting my M.I.L. and she made me take this pic. I never take pics and now I see why. I did not realize how big I was until she emailed the pic to me and I cried and cried for an hour after I looked at it. The pic of me much smaller was taken on July 1st after a night of dancing and drinking. I weighed 232lbs and I woke up later on that day 3lbs lighter.lol.

I'm so inspired by you! You've had fantastic results this year! Can you share what you're doing? That is, what calorie limit are you using? How much exercise are you doing?
