I am a strict calorie counter. I measure and pre portion everything I eat. I eat 6 small meals a day. My intake is between 1200-1400 cals. a day. Fruits and veggies are my best friends tehe. But I also eat a variation of of red meat *moderate intake*
(steak) and chicken
(thighs & breasts). I do brown rice instead of having potatoes, or a pasta side with dinners.
The weight came off fast at first until I hit the 70's, got stuck there for awhile now I am moving in the right direction again. I am dedicated to hitting my goal by April 1st. I had to shake up my workouts a bit and up the cals a little to "fuel the fire". Most importantly, make sure your getting enough sleep! That one was tricky...
PS. When I was in the 80's I did Tae Bo every morning 4-5 times a week. I swear it worked so nice!
I did the Fat Burn Accelerator one. I didn't use the bar either.
Now I am doing Jillian to get definition. She makes me do all the reps, I guess I need that extra motivation~ I am starting to think I want to get ripped!
PSS~ I had to add, I am a total cheater when it comes to drinking. I do allow myself to drink 1 or 2 times a week (not hammered) but drink some delicious adult beverages while I socialize at a little thing called happy hour (tehe)...I just didn't want everyone to think I don't cheat. Because I do!
