I know you don't show much of the face, but WOW - your cheeks, neck and chin look totally different. Awesome job!

You go gurl! I am so proud of you.

I can't wait to post my progress pictures. I decided to take them every 25 lbs lost. So I got a little ways to go!

Keep up the good work!

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I do feel very proud, happy and healthier. Actually I feel darn right incredible! The plan I am on is counting calories with walking as exercise. I walk 5-6 times a week some of those are hikes in the mountains. The walking has helped me immensely. At first I started with 30 minute walks but now I go for usually 2 hours and a lot more when I hike. I love to walk, its my time to think, daydream about my goals and think about things I have going on. The walking has toned up my legs a lot.

Food wise I always eat over 1500 calories a day, usually around 1800. I tend to eat the same stuff for breakfast and lunch because I enjoy them and they fill me up. I still probably eat at McDonalds once a month maybe twice, but my kids actually prefer subway now lol. I have found that soda is something I can live without but chocolate isn't lol I will have a candy bar maybe once or twice a week and other weeks I won't have that overwhelming urge for one. Nothing is off limits for me I have things that I can live without, and things that I still eat but no longer 4-5 servings at once. This is my life and I feel incredible I really do.
