Start 220...2 months later and 20 pds. lighter
Ok. I started at my heaviest weight, following Christmas - 220 pds., my weight loss journey began on New Years day, you know - new years resolution! Well, my goal is 10 pds. per month. I am not on any program in particular, just a lifestyle change. I walk 2 miles in the morning and 4 in the evening. I cut out soda all together, whew....was that hard! And just started substituing fatty, unhealthy snacks with veggies and fruit. As of today, February 28, 2 months later, I am staying strong with my goal, I have officially lost 20 pds.
The picture of me in blue is as of now. I do not see a huge difference on my overall body, but I do in my face. I hope when I hit 40, there will be a significant difference.
Good luck to everyone else. Oh - and might I add, if it was not for my stupendous and supportive seven <girls> (a certain forum I only chat in), I could never have accomplished this because TRUST ME, I have had some major obstacles for sure, primarily with support issues from the home front - so, thanks girls!
