Default Progress DURING A plateau. And progress pics
I really needed to do this for motivation. The scale was stuck for almost 3 weeks. Little did I realize I was going through BIG changes.

From 179.6, 176 to 175. ONLY ONE pound difference but 3 WEEKS between these last 2. I THOUGHT I wasn't losing anymore.

You look amazing! I can't believe how much different you look from your avatar pic! Your abs looks great. And, not that I like you in that way but your boobs look perkier. Not that they didn't look perky before

Gosh you look amazingly like me when I was a little youger! Hair and eyes in particular! If I took that photo and sent it home, noone would ever question that this is me!

Weight loss wise, I also felt the same - Even when I was not losing weight I sometimes lost inches, and in the last three weeks, I lost weight but hardly any circumference. It`s sort of nice because that way, you have always scored somewhere!
