yout progress pictures are great, but the most wonderful thing, I think, is you maintaining it for over 2 years now! that is excellent.

hey Amanda, I am not often on the site but I have come across your progress pics more than once, I have to tell you you look gorgeous and you are one of my biggest inspirations, with the weight off your great face is really standing out now :) Great work!!!

Volleyball - maintenance is both harder and easier...I get less instant rewards (no more scale going down, etc) but this way of living has become second nature. So good and bad!
