Hey there, and well done your hard work is an inspiration to say the least, I read through your story too, and WOW, but one question if you dont mind me asking, how many calories did you allow yourself on a daily basis?? I reduced down to 1600 from 2000 and kept a diary, i then realised I still was eating alot of food, so have now reduce to 1200, but What amount did you give yourself???

Koshinogo - I think 1200 is probably too low for you. The lowest I went ever was 1250, and that was only to get the last 2-3 lbs off. Other than that, I started around 1800 at my highest weight, and lowered to 1400-1500 for most of my loss.
