I made a poached egg this morning and was super impressed! I may go pick up a couple more in case I break mine! I topped it with 1 oz of Monterey Jack cheese and avocado. Yum! Add that to an apple and a hot green tea cranberry HNS and I'm good to go!

Have not heard of the stone wave? I had melba toast with Colby jack hard cheese melted on it, boiled egg, peach mango HNS. Was already down 1.5 lbs this morning from Saturday! :carrot:

Haven't heard of the stone ware for microwave but I'm all about easy :)
To answer the question about if rest of family is on plan the answer is NO! My DH is a Chef and he is co owner of a restaurant so it's all about food w him. He's very active, muscular, tall and no weight problem. Eats whatever he wants and loves to eat out. So my problem is I attend food shows w him, we check out other restaurants, eating out a lot, lots of social events so I get really sidetracked and slip back in old habits. I do try to order salads and avoid carbs but really need to focus and get strictly on plan. This should be habit for me now to make good choices daily!

So I guess I'll put my big girl panties on and go weigh in Friday. :(

I've been eating pretty well, I'm trying to be conscious of if im actually hungry, or just want to eat. I wish you could just shut your appetite off, haha.

Any big valentines plans?? None here. Probably just having out at home with the kiddos <3

May I ask where the recipe is for the Big Mac in a bowl.. I like the sound of that.

Does anyone not meet the daily 1200 on the My Fitness Plan.. Every day I get a notice I did not meet my caloric intake, but I have eaten in full 3 meals a day and sometimes snacks..

Lost one pound and I'm just happy to be losing!! :)
Patzi - Google Ideal protein diet and they have tons of high protein- low carb recipes :)
For exercise- I aim for 8-10,000 steps a day.
Hope everyone has a great losing week!

I never have problems meeting my calories. I eat cheese a lot because it's so easy to grab, so that could be a big reason why. Do you get a healthy fat in maintenance. Nuts could easily fill any calorie gaps.

Yes, I do get a healthy fat in maintenance... Nuts are a trigger for me, so I only eat on occasion.. Thanks for answering.

Hi Patzi,

Yes I do that all the time, they changed it now that unless you at least get close to 1200 calories it pops up and says you're eating too less of your daily calories, it never use to do that.

I just checked tonight and it says you need at least 1000-1200 calories.
