I had my MRC consultation last week, and I desperately want to join. . . . however, the cost is just too much for me right now. Is there any way to get copies of the menus for either the MetaSlim or the MetaBalance plans so that I can follow the plan on my own? Thanks for any help you can offer!

We can't give out menus, we can get into trouble plus we all have paid the $$$ so it wouldn't be fair.

Something else I just remembered, you can order a 28 day plan online at their website I think it's $128 and you get the menus with it I believe.
