I spoke with my counselor this morning and she confirmed that I should not do any strenuous exercising because of the limited number of calories I am consuming at this stage of the program. She recommended a 20-30 minute walk every other day. She told me to try to avoid weight lifting and Zumba!! I love Zumba!! She said I would burn too many calories taking a Zumba class.Well I will stick with my evening walks for now.
I wonder if your counselor would allow you to have a cheese stick or some type of protein after your workout to avoid muscle loss? Just a thought...
