I second what Bigdog said above. When you go in to the center, they are doing everything they can to get you to follow the plan exactly. And it's true that you do lose most quickly when you do. But I have never been perfect, which is why it took me about 8 months to lose 30 pounds. (they promise 30 pounds in 30 days!!). And now, I have realized that 30 pounds is not quite enough- I want that bodyfat below 30%. Who knows how long it's gonna take. I do know that I am going to eat like this forever, no matter what. For t rest of mylife , major carb meals simply must be occasional splurges with quick course-corrections or I know I will put it right back on.
This is forever. I try not to do blow-by-blow reports here (or bite-by-bite!) when I go off plan, because I don't want anyone thinking its Okay to do that. I also don't beat myself up over it anymore either. I repeat: this is forever.

I have two cooler bags!! Was at walmart and picked up a box of Zone bars. 14 g protein 23 carb and 210 cal. My DH was rushing me! I'll have to cut those in half. Too high in carbs for sure and cal
