
Track what you are eating daily and even jot down what you are feeling. after a good day, i'll enter comments (i use My Fitness Pal) like Good Day today, didn't eat the brownies at the luncheon or "hmmmm...should have checked Applebees Chicken salad calories online before indulging!, etc.) Make sure you are getting all the water in and at least 3 HNSs a day - 4 is better.
you have been so successful and can do this!!! Also, check with your counselor on some food ideas so you don't get bored. just be prepared for them trying to sell you supplements and just say NO! also when you are weighing in, make sure you have the lightest clothes on possible and havent drank alot of water the morning of. and even watch the sodium the night before weigh in.

I received my last "Stabilization" menu yesterday, and get to introduce more fats to my diet..ie: peanut butter, sour cream, etc...I tell myself that now I can do it "legally" rather than "sneaky" lol...Anyways, happy with the maintain.
