Candi congrats!!! I always try to find the lightest weight clothes I have to weigh in. Even in the winter I will bring my shorts and change. Hopefully this winter I will be at goal.
Resigned today with the August special 17 weeks for $99. This is it no more playing around. Gotta stay motivated and focused. I maintained at WI but my goal for Friday is 2 pounds. Congratulations to everyone on your loss. Always enjoy your encouraging post Jen. |
I've got a question for you ladies. Last Friday I made the "choice" to go seriously off program for the first time all month. At my WI today, I was relieved to be down 3 lbs despite the cheat, but my consultant said it'll probably show back up at my next WI. In y'all's experience, is she right or just guilt-tripping me? Lol

Candice, you are a great story teller. You should write a book about your weight loss adventures. :)
Congrats to everyone and for your accomplishments. For those of you struggling, the thing to do is not to beat yourself up. Just start fresh the next day. carriemise - You will not necessarily gain weight next week. It is different for everyone. I went off program for vacation, gained 3 lbs, then lost the following week. If you do get stuck, you can always do Mediquick for a few days. I actually lost 4.5 lbs in 2 days that way, and it stayed off.The important thing when you cheat is to get right back on track and not beat yourself up. |
Candy - you crack me up!! I have never been encouraged to take anything off in the past and have weighed in a few times with my stones, change and keys in my pocket (those things are actually quite heavy). . . Also my consultnat is usually a man who blushes easily - so I'm not sure how he would respond if I started stripping just to get the scale to cooperate. . .
Love your new picture !!! I will WI in a little bit and post my results - home scale shows a pretty good loss so my fingers are crossed that the scale at the center will cooperate! Mariah |

Maybe when I lose all this weight... Just kidding! I hope the scale cooperates for everyone this week and if not just stay focused and keep on moving forward. I do have a confession to make... I cheated last night  My mom & I went looking at houses to move into and we found one that we absolutely fell in love with and since we were out, my SIL invited us over for dinner... she made Chicken & Dumplings - which was basically shredded chicken in cream & chicken soup, chicken broth & biscuits with mashed potatoes. I ate it and I loved it and today is a different day. So hopefully my 80.5lb loss will maintain on Friday but if it slips back a little, I'm ok with that. Happy Hump Day! |

I think we were all doing so well on weight loss that we've not been as vigilant as we should. Hitting that 80.5 mark must feel like a million dollars. You look fantastic. I went in for my first weigh-in after my initial consultation and lost three pounds. I'm shocked considering the cheating I did. I guess now I'll see how much I can lose when I don't cheat. I'm not as stressed as I was last week so I think things will go smoother. I'm staying on pre-conditioning (why isn't it called "conditioning?) until food instruction class on Friday afternoon. I'll be weighing in the afternoon then so I don't expect to lose much. I also had a new counselor today who was very nice. I asked again about working the program around me exercising everyday and she said they don't recommend more than 4 hours. |

Hi ladies!
Had my WI today...and I was 1 ounce from signing the 30lb board!!!!!!!!!!! Everything I could remove, I did...except my clothes :) No biggy, next time I WILL sign that board!! I am so happy...:carrot: I had mentioned having a litte trouble feeling hungry on the "green menu." Between lunch and dinner mainly...so now I eat my "creamy" supp. mid afternoon and that works to tide me over til dinner...We shall see, but I think this will work. I am such a snacker...and I don't like being hungry LOL Anyway....until next time!!! Tami http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/bar006...1/165/182/.png |

Candi, you look amazing! And even better, I can tell that you feel amazing! Congrats on the 80lb board and keep up all the hard work! You are such an inspiration! JenB, you're only 20lbs from goal! There isn't simply a light at the end of the tunnel - you're almost within touching distance! Go, girl, go!! My jaw is dropping at the Ambien stories! I had no idea Ambien caused such crazy behavior! Little edie, I'm glad your sleep eating (!!!) didn't cause you too much pain on the scale. I hope you enjoyed those cookies and crackers even if you don't remember eating them! |
