Question Sugar-free coffee creamer?

I know there are things that we allowed to have while on the plan. Some of us are able to eat things that doesn't alter our weight loss, and there are some that if we take one bite of something, it throws everything off.

Are there any of you that has still kept up their morning coffee habit and kept losing weight?

I can't imagine not having my coffee in the morning, even if it's decaf.

I've heard of people using hte vanilla pudding supplement as creamer. I haven't myself, but I didn't have a coffee habit I couldn't break. I would give that a try first since that would be better for you than the creamer. Beyond that, you would just have to try it and see what happens.

Personally, I believe that you have to make the program work for you. However, when you change things, you have to do so with the understanding that you are probably going to slow your weight loss, so you have to make that call and decide if it's worth it or not.

I have not had coffee till I hit maintenance.. I always stayed on program of what was allowed..

Why not speak with your consultant, and see if this will work in the program they have given you..

it's all about choice .... the first time I did MRC I lost nearly 60# in 5 months. I followed the food portion of the program without a single off-program eat. I took no supplements (except EFA, vitamin and calcium and MSM that I already took for my arthritis--all of which I bought elsewhere). However, I never gave up my diet mt dew or my coffee with sugar-free creamer. It did not impact my weight loss at all.

Thank you ladies for your input. I'm starting over on my own since I still have the menus. I'm trying to make it to the green menu. I miss eating meat for lunch and I'm currently on day 2 of the yellow menu. I think the first couple days are the hardest but I'm going to stick with it. You guys are so supportive!
