I have 6 things I have defined for myself. Sorry for not playing by the rules.
1) To not live to work but to work to live.
2) To finish my weight loss journey and dedicate that energy into maintaining the loss.
3) Once I have achieved my goal weight, donate # lbs lost in food lbs to my local food bank.
4) Walk in and finish my first half marathon - "We must walk before we can run".
5) To continue to allow myself to feel emotions instead of hiding from them.
6) Now for the fun one: I want one day that I will make into 'Sandy's Musical'.
