Hey guys!
I was doing really well on my weight loss (3.9 pounds/week) and the people at my local MRC said I should try to add more protein drinks into my diet for even better results. At the time, I was drinking 2 per day (no creamy).
Last week, I started doing 3 or 4 per day (one per day of which is a creamy) and I've only seen the scale budge 1/2 pound. I thought perhaps my muscle mass had increased, but they told me it was the same.
So, here's the deal. Does anyone have an opinion one way or another about the drinks? Is 2 fine? Is 3 optimal? Is 4 excessive or ideal?

I believe you should max on your hns (4 per day on green), as this promotes a faster loss. I always thought of it as my "weight loss juice." Although I am thinking that having a creamy each and every day might not be the way to go.
When I hit my big plateau the center suggested exactly as Joy2MeNu did. I do one with breakfast, one with lunch, one inbetween lunch and dinner, then one right before bed.
Sorry if this is a repeat question, but the max # of hns is 4 on blue or green menu? I have been getting really hungry at night even though at dinner I am full. I added another hns before bed and am drinking an average of 140oz of water daily. I think it is time to start my fiber drinks. Can the fiber slow us down on weight loss?
Yes, 4 is max. Sometimes, when you get really hungry, it means you're getting ready to have a weight drop. I found this to be true over and over during my weight loss journey. It's like my body was saying, "Come on, you're not really serious about this are you?" No, the fiber won't slow you down. They're pretty feeling. Just hang in there, it gets easier, I promise!!

Good to know! I've been sooooo hungry as of late. I don't know if it's because of my TOM or what, but the scale has read the exact same weight for 3 mornings straight, which hasn't happened since I went off-plan one day a couple of weeks ago. I've been OP since then, so I'm hoping I'm just a bit bloated.
By the way, how often do we get measured? I know that I can request it any time, but is standard every 15 days, or is that just for the first month and then every 30 after that? I was beyond thrilled with my measurements after 15 days, so I'm hoping I'll have stellar results on Friday (30 days, baby!).

Are you talking about the meal bars and shakes? What plan are you on? The clear HNS are the ones you have in addition to your regular food. If you're still on pre-conditioning, you may not have those, yet.

Karla-
Fiber is supposed to assist you in weight loss. I just started mixing them with my HNS. I am stuck in my house due to snow and ice so I can't get to the center to WI or buy some more. They are definitely filling. I believe I lost 5 more lbs this week...yay
