  • Is there a seperate menu for gluten free? My mom is gf but they just told her she needed to adapt to the green menu.
  • There is & it is for the Meta Slim & Meta Balance menus, it just replaces the starches. You can have 1/4 cup or either brown rice, corn, cooked legumes, or cooked millet or 1 1/4 ounces of cooked quinoa or cooked lentils or 2 ounces of either cooked sweet potato or baked potato.
