Default Edamame?

I was wondering if anybody was using Edamame for a protein at dinner or lunch. I just wanted to change stuff up. Edamame and veggies for dinner sound so great but want to make sure it will still work for program. does anybody have any ideas. Thanks

I was told that if you're on Meta Slim (non-vegetarian), than you can't substitute for the meat. I asked about tofu, which I really like, and they said no.

Yep, no edamame, I wanted to know the same thing, no soybeans. Edamame has a lot of carbs and fat and a lot less protein, so its not a substitute for chicken.

I posted a screenshot for you of the nutritional comparison:

Thanks. Sometimes I just want to steam some veggies with edamame instead of cooking a whole meal.

Not sure about the answer to your question...but endamame is just SO YUMMY. I have always heard that soy is really, really good for you.
Maybe I need to look into this a little more.
