Mel, Hvnly, Dkmd... I'm a member of that club. I have had a rough couple of weeks. I'm self sabatoging myself. I see it happening.. I just can't seem to stop it. I'm snacking like crazy. I'm haven't been to weigh in this week. I feel like I'm not losing, so I want to eat, then I'm eating, so I'm not loosing.

HELLO!!! My brain knows that's not the way to do it. I'm going to go in an buy some shakes this weekend, and try the metaquick next week to get myself back on track.
It's nice to know I'm not alone.. We are all here for you.. Lean on us and we will lean on you.. Together we will hold each other up.
Hvnly gave me good advice this week.. She said.. One day at a time.. one meal at a time... I'm going to try and get back to that mentality..
