Last week when dietdirect had the blender bottles on sale I bought two...and boy they are GREAT! I should have bought them a LONG time ago when I started MRC back in 2007, again in 2008 and again in 2009 I am using them for my shakes and HNS, I just add the powders and water and just shake them up and the little spiral ball inside mixes it all up no lumps at all! Great for a quick mix without having to pull out the blender...I now only use the blender with I am blending cottage cheese with an HNS.

I got one of these too.. I haven't tried it with the shakes yet. I wasn't sure if it mixed it well enough. I'll have to try it too... I love it with the HNS's though. They mix up so great..
